Warranty & Returns
Clear, consumer-friendly terms aligned with the Australian Consumer Law. This page explains what to expect if something is not right.
Your consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Manufacturer warranty
Many products we supply also carry a manufacturer warranty. The length and terms vary by brand and product. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we will help point you to the correct process and supporting information.
Returns & change of mind
If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email first so we can guide you through the process. To be considered for a change-of-mind return, items should be:
- In their original condition, with all included accessories
- In the original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Change-of-mind returns are offered at our discretion and may not apply to certain items. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue. We will work with you to assess the item and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
How to start a claim
Email contact@spinkstech.com with your proof of purchase, the product details and a clear description of the problem. Photos are helpful where there is visible damage. We will respond with the next steps.
