Where we deliver
We despatch orders to addresses across Australia. Delivery to certain remote locations may take longer or involve different arrangements; we will let you know if that applies to your order.
Despatch & handling
Orders are prepared and packed carefully to protect your devices in transit. We aim to despatch promptly once an order is confirmed. During busy periods or for larger wholesale orders, handling may take a little longer, and we will keep you informed.
Delivery times
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the carrier service used. Metropolitan areas generally receive orders sooner than regional and remote areas. Estimated timeframes are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed, as final delivery is handled by third-party carriers.
Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, we will provide tracking details by email so you can follow your order through to delivery.
Wholesale & bulk orders
